Yvonne Jones, member of Parliament for Labrador, offers her sincerest congratulations to the new Grand Chief Etienne Rich and Deputy Grand Chief Mary Ann Nui as well as the Innu Nation council on the Innu Nation election.

Ms. Jones offers her utmost thanks and gratitude to all outgoing council members for their hard work during their time on council including Grand Chief Greg Rich for his service to the Innu and their communities.

Ms. Jones looks forward to working with council and its new leadership on priorities important to the Innu and their future.
