 MP Yvonne Jones to Highlight Federal Funding in Happy Valley Goose Bay Tuesday

Yvonne Jones, Member of Parliament for Labrador, will visit Happy Valley Goose Bay Tuesday to highlight over $1.5 million in federal funding through the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA), department of Environment and Climate Change and the department of Infrastructure.

From building up our communities under the Investing in Canada Plan to helping conserve wildlife populations through the Aboriginal Funds for Species at Risk, these investments provide dedicated community organizations and local government with helpful resources to continue their good work.

MP Jones will meet with proponents throughout the community including representatives from the town of Happy Valley Goose Bay and the Torngat Wildlife, Plants and Fisheries Secretariat.
